A Friendsgiving in December.

I have always thought Friendsgivings are such a great way to get old and new friends together and celebrate the holidays.  This year, I met with Becca from Cooking With Confetti to plan, organize and host our first Friendsgiving.   We invited all of our favorite local Instagrammers for brunch on a Monday.  It was so wonderful to meet these girls in person, and find out that their personalities and laughter are as contagious as their feeds. Becca was gracious enough to open up her home to all of us.  Look at this setup!

I wish every morning would start out as good as ours did.  The food and drinks were amazing!

It was so great to meet all of these talented beauties and learn about how they got started, and their successes.  How lucky to be able to learn from other women and also lean on them for insight and support, is the biggest gift of all.  A special treat for all of us is when Tara from Hainsworth Co arrived and did our hair. I never need an excuse to rock a braid

Kate and Meg looked so cute dressed in local favorite, Vida Moulin.  I have never been to Vida Moulin’s shop in Phoenix but have been stalking her online site since we met.  Such cute clothes!

Lauren captured us at just the right moment (thank you delayed timer) toasting to new friends and the holidays with Teapressa sugar cubes.  If you haven’t heard of Teapressa, (guys..she’s the real deal) she was on Shark Tank and is now featured in Anthropologie.

Before we said our goodbyes and got on with the rest of our Monday, we all grabbed forks and dived in (literally) to Sweet Storm Confections cake.  Such a sweet way to end the day.

Our first Christmas Friendsgiving was a success.  So happy to have met such great girls and can’t wait for our Spring Fling soon.

With Love + O.C.D,
